SESSIONS:
Integration Customization
You want to have it all: use what is useful for your particular situation and area(s) in need of attention. This is a special intergration of the following services listed below. You just need to choose if you want an Asian based (fully clothed, done on a theraputic, fluffy futon) or Western based (clothes off, between the sheets and on the table) and whether you want to focus on the full body, or a specific area(s). Then I customization a rocking massage for your needs.
Thai Yoga Bodywork
This is one of my most popular services (especially among other body-workers, dancers and other athletic people). These authentic Thai-Yoga Body Work sessions are done fully clothed and are great for centering the body's meridians/energy-channels. It incorporates massage, passive stretching and yoga postures and is great for those that like a more deeper, interactive experience. I am trained in the northern style (Nuad Boran), and hold a certificate from Tanya Boigenzahn(http://www.thaiyogabodywork.com).
Zen Shiatsu
This health-centric massage approaches the body from a (w) holistic standpoint and is great for centering, relaxation, and clearing up blocked, or stagnated energy in the muscles and organs. This meridian based massage accesses acupressure points and is perfect for assisting the body back to its natural state of well-being.
Sports
You're active. You need a massage that caters to your lifestyle. Use trigger points, soft tissue release, Muscle Energy techniques (MET) and Neuromuscular therapy, jousting and anything else that caters to a peak physical condition. Oh, you didn't know the corporate office was a sport? (It's of the most strenuous kind.) Get relief for optimun performance!
Deep-Tissue
Sometimes you just need some deep, smooth pressure in just the right places. For those tightly held muscles that are crying to be released, many fans claim there is nothing better. Full body, or area specific is welcome.
Swedish
You want to relax and be carried away on clouds of spa-style massage (the yummy kind). Oh, its good for detoxifying too? We'll take it!
OTHER MODALITIES
Pregnancy and Post-Natal
Yes. Your body is undergoing tremendous changes! And you deserve to get treatment that caters to your unique needs. So, you already gave birth? Well, good news, you can still get a post-natal massage to relax the body back to its natural rhythm.
Reiki
Usually I incorporate within other modalities, so just ask. This energetic work excels in engaging the body in its own healing process. It works wonders for overly sensitive areas that just need some (for lack of a better phase) some good energy.
Cranial Sacral
Great for reliving head aches and releasing neck tension. It's subtle, profound and yummy. This is easy to integrate with another (90 min.) modality session.
